Which laws govern European Funds?
Decree Law 19/2021, of 5 October, on urgent measures to boost building renovation activity in the context of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
Royal Decree 853/2021, of 5 October, which regulates the programmes to support the renovation of residential and social housing of the Recovery Plan.
What requirements have to be met?
Two energy certificates: one of them before the action and another one afterwards in order to justify the energy improvement.

Steps to follow for the processing

Request a quote for windows at the REPLUS sales outlet, which will include the grant administration cost. The necessary information will be provided, along with the advantages and procedure to follow.

Issue a REPLUS personalised energy study report from the sales outlet.

Payment of the grant administration cost against the budget, in order to start the process. Look at the offer with the sales outlet.

The sales outlet will process the documentation through the REPLUS grant office.

Receipt of the document of compliance from the REPLUS grant office, thereby validating the file.

Formalisation of the order at the sales point to avoid any unforeseen circumstances, changes to fees, delivery times, etc.

Issue the home’s current energy certificate from the REPLUS grant office, presenting plans and photographs of the windows.

Processing and administration of documentation to receive the grant from the REPLUS grant office.

Once the windows have been installed, the final energy certificate is processed and issued, in order to benefit from all of the grants.

The grant will be paid directly into the customer’s account.
