For this reason, we have implemented a robust Ethics Channel. A channel where any potential non-compliance or irregularity within the organization can be reported, as described in Law 2/2023 of February 20th, which regulates the protection of whistleblowers and the fight against corruption.

What can be reported?

Through the Ethics Channel, you can report any facts you believe may constitute a breach of legal regulations, the Code of Ethics, or any applicable internal rules, such as:

  • Conduct related to fraud and corruption.
  • Conduct related to workplace safety, health, and hygiene.
  • Discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
  • Conduct concerning information security, data protection, and securities markets.
  • Anticompetitive practices.
  • Conduct against human rights or causing environmental harm.
  • Other possible criminal or administrative offenses.

Key features

Confidentiality: We understand that confidentiality is essential to encourage individuals to report. We guarantee complete confidentiality throughout the process and protect the identity of the whistleblower to the extent permitted by law. It is also possible to report anonymously.

Impartial investigation process: Once a report is submitted, our team of experts will thoroughly investigate the matter in an objective and diligent manner, in accordance with internal regulations and applicable law. Throughout the process, the rights of those involved will be respected, especially the presumption of innocence.

Protection against retaliation: We do not tolerate any form of retaliation against whistleblowers acting in good faith. We are committed to safeguarding the rights and integrity of those who report irregularities. Disciplinary measures will be taken against anyone who retaliates against a whistleblower.

Resolution and follow-up: Once the investigation is complete, we will take the necessary actions to address the issue identified and, where possible, apply corrective measures to prevent future violations. In addition, we will keep the whistleblower informed about the progress and resolution of their report, whenever possible and legally permitted.

How to send a report?

There are 2 options.

Through the co-resol app

  1. Download the co-resol app and enable notifications. It is free and available on the App Store and Google Play.
  2. Tap the button “Haz un click” and then enter the code REPLUS.
  3. Select the channel button.
  4. Write your message as specifically as possible. You may attach images and documents.
  5. Identifícate o selecciona la opción de anonimato. En cualquiera de los casos, debes aceptar la Política de Privacidad.
  6. Once you have completed these steps, you will receive a message as confirmation of receipt of your click.
  7. Follow-up communication will be conducted via a secure chat (accessible from the chat button on the app’s home screen) until the case is closed.

  4. Identify yourself or choose the anonymous option. In either case, you must accept the Privacy Policy.
  5. You will receive a unique identifier code and password that you must save in order to maintain communication via a secure chat regarding the status of your click.
  6. Every time you want to check for new messages in the chat or provide more information, to ensure confidentiality, you must enter this code and password on the homepage, using the “Access a previous click” button.

Important:

This Ethics Channel is not an emergency service. It should not be used to report situations involving an immediate threat. If you need help in such a case, please contact your local authorities and use the appropriate emergency channels.
